not sure if i remember that but i think millennials are 1981-1996 according to most places.. persoanlly i think anyone born in the 90s is mostly millenial regardless of the cutoff though because we all experienced this similar childhood/adolescence and we were raised seeing technology evolved vs. gen z which the earlier ones are just now starting to come of age...
