But there was just absolutely zero chance that he was ever gonna be offered to headline a Super Bowl, especially in 2024.
He’s easily a Top 3 rapper of all time, no doubt about that whatsoever.
But him performing in a stadium was just not happening this late in his career
Agreed. It would've made sense at some time in the past, but Wayne hasn't had a solo top 10 hit in over a decade

Wayne is one of the biggest rappers in the world
he’s a legacy act in 2024 but whatever ppl are saying itt doesn’t mean his mainstream popularity is exaggerated what man lmao
when did you start listening to rap?
2007. I got into rap when Graduation released and saw Wayne’s peak. It was enormous. But he does not have a recognizable enough discography to pull off the Super Bowl. Neither does, for instance, 50 Cent, who had a comparable peak. The only rappers I could see pulling it off are Drake, Kanye, Em, Kendrick and Jay. And realistically, if Kendrick was 16 years past his prime, he wouldn’t be able to pull it off.
