    Nah, cant go there. Early on in his carreer you dont get that big from luck. He was a proper artist. You can tell he genuinely doesnt care anymore. He let his fans hold the biggest L of all time and went on to drop wah gwan delilah.

    I’m not discrediting his accomplishments or saying he didn’t make the right moves in his career, I’m saying he gained a reputation as this cold, callous, super calculated borderline mythical figure and I don’t think that specific reputation was ever really earned. Mostly carried by aesthetics and how Drake carried himself outwardly, you strip that away and he really didn’t move like that. (Outside of the summer with Meek)
