I won’t lie… I’ve struggled to come up with much to say about this one

Let me start off by saying it’s not bad and I think Angèle is talented, but I wasn’t able to connect with this one too heavily. The language barrier definitely shares a large part of the blame but it’s sonically pretty on-par with a lot of the other pop music I’ve heard these past few years. I feel like I didn’t get a good sense of what this artist was about, especially when I’m relying pretty heavily on the production to tell me.

It wasn’t a bad experience though I found pretty much every song to be catchy and well-made. The highlight songs for me were Flou and Victime des réseaux.

I’m feeling a 5-6/10 for this one. I can see Flou being kept in rotation for the rest of this week. @Echiham

This week was some corridos

Im admitedly not the biggest fan of the genre but always open to listen, i fw Fuerza Regida. This was the first Natanael Cano album i ever listened so i was curious how it was gonna go.

My thoughts on the album is that it was good i do think it suffers from almost every corridos project i ever listened is that it ends getting a little samey and some songs blend into each other but that doesnt mean there was some good highlights.

Album was pretty stacked feature wise, got a lot of known names in the scene. The feats i liked more where from Chino Pacas and Junior H.

Some songs i liked were Mi Bello angel and AMG. My favorite song here was En Corto. That one been on repeat since i listened days ago

5ta Dimensión - Sticky M.A. & Steve Lean

This album was a nice surprise. I thought it was going to sound a bit more "dusty", but it lowkey sounded like a peak uzi proj .

It was really nice to hear Duki on this project as well, but that didn't even end up being my favorite track

if I had to pick a favorite it might be Dragon or Shooters

I will probably listen to this again and peep more music from them

Sorry I took so long, I really couldn't make heads or tails of this one and wanted to wait for the right time and space to ingest it. The closest thing to this i've heard is probably some Franco & Rochereau, which is very different still. My main take-away is thinking it sounded like it was actually sped up, like someone dropped it in fl studio and shrunk it, it's bizarre to me. Later on I started to hear the math-rock in it. It's an interesting style but like, I don't know what to do with this lol. Thank you for the recommendation.
