also ive only ever watched dub, but i am open to subs. can you guys recommend me shows, and if said show has a good dub or you 100% must watch in subs. again i havnt seen any but dragon ball og and z dub

don’t really mind it since it’s an outrageous show so far from what i’ve seen and very comedic but i will say i started ep 1 at work and quickly had to cut it off like 5 min in when the chick gets “raped” by the peanut butter octopus

You can read it which is what im doing, its way faster but i get that seeing things animated its always a great experience for goat moments

no it's not worth watching, the pacing is terrible and the animation is inconsistent

Pre Time Skip it’s worth watching(episodes 1-500ish).

Ellinia 🍰Jan 22, 2020I watched the first 3 eps of Darwin's Game and really liked it so decided to read the manga. Now I've caught up to the last chapter and I'm beyond disappointed. Maybe my hopes were too high but it's just all lazy writing. Idk if I should drop the anime or keep watching and hope it'll somehow be better.

I keep trying to get into Neon Genesis. On episode 20 currently. But it’s just not hitting for me at all. I certainly don’t dislike it though. I want to like it more since it’s regarded as an all time best, but idk

honestly it’s cool but i feel the same way. doesn’t really get great until the end.

Wasn't crazy about it after I finished but then spent the whole week after just thinking about how crazy it was and it's one of my favorites now. It'll definitely grow on you. Plus the movie is gas
