I loved Night is Short, Walk on Girl. Its in my top 3 Yuasa. It is extremely wild and beautiful.

My favorite Yuasa is Ping Pong: The Animation and Tatami Galaxy. But i still have a lot more to see from him like Kaiba, Kemonozunume, Mind Game, etc.

My least fav Yuasa before this was Devilman Crybaby, which was still a p good show. But yeah this is even worse despite still being a good movie imo

His new show, Eizouken, is airing this season as well. The first episode was really damn good. Are you watching that?

I remember liking lu over the wall, but same as you described Ride your wave it's very cliche story and I can see the animation style not being everybody's cup.
I'll have to see Night is Short, Walk on Girl, Tatami Galaxy is my favorite Yuasa so I got pretty huge expectations for it.

I remember watching Ping Pong when it came weekly but it didn't impress me that much, maybe it's better if binge watched.

If I had to guess we’re not even remotely close to the end of the series.
Unless Togashi rushes a really forced ending, or passes the series over to one of his children or something to complete, I feel like it’s literally impossible for the series to be completed before his health deteriorates, or he passes.

We’re only get like 1 volumes worth of content every year or every 2 years. I think the series can definitely go another at least 20 volumes. And Togashi is already like 53 with health issues

He has severe back issues. He’s received surgeries on it. But the thing a lot of ppl don’t get about back pain is that once your back is f***ed up, it’s pretty much in pain.
Every issue of Shonen Jump has an author’s comments, and he talks about it there a lot when he’s in the magazine

It’s unlikely that he has a lot of chapters stacked up and ready to go, as the reason he’s on hiatus so much to begin with is that his back pain is so excruciating that he’s bedridden a lot and being bent over while drawing makes back pain even worse. What he releases when he returns from hiatuses is most like around all he has
