@op this is anecdotal but i drank 2 celsius every day for a week and immediately caught the flu. I think it does something to your immune system

Moderate caffeine consumption is actually good for your cardiovascular, long as you're not downing multiple energy drinks a day it's fine. Celsius cans have 200mg of caffeine which is a lot higher than a cup of joe though
