This is just not true. Wifey is active but nothing super crazy (5 k run every morning, and some moderate weight training) and regularly drinks 3-4 litres a day (google tells me 1 gallon is 4.5 litres)

I’d imagine the Dr Pepper is not a great comparison as getting sick off 12 of them would be more to do with the amount of sugar and everything else you’re consuming doing that, rather than as a result of the volume of liquid
