    @onedeep any particular residents album

    Their most acclaimed/accessible album is probably Duck Stab (1978). After that is Commercial Album (1980), which consists of 40 one-minute songs. My favourite is The Third Reich n' Roll (1976) which is a medley of 50s and 60s rock hits performed in German/caveman language, hilarious to listen to, one of my favourite first-time listening experiences.
    After 1980 they go overboard on the weird concept albums/'random' humour, not really worth listening to

    Stumbled on this band Pram, they use tons of weird instruments like toy pianos, Hawaiian bubble machines?, glass hammers, triangles, etc
