yeah after watching the trailer a few times in 4K my main concerns are complete lack of cover in the maps, the graphical fidelity, and zero destruction shown
i played BFV on my 4K TV and then watched the YT video right after (albeit with compression) and it almost looked worse than BFV in terms of textures/lighting
we've seen cases time and time again (especially recently) where games preview their "pre-alpha" when in reality it's much farther along than a typical pre-alpha, and much doesn't change, so it's a bit worrying
physics looked f***ing incredible though
as for gameplay, there was literally no cover in the desert portion of Hourglass, the area at the base of the skyscrapers and surrounding them was completely bare; on top of that, no destruction was shown
it seems like EA is hiding something with the way they're moving honestly
why no gunplay or destruction shown in a Battlefield trailer? is the game half-baked?
overall, im excited but cautious
Once again it is pre alpha
Also I don't think the graphics are nearly as bad compare it to another video cause yt compression. I'm more worried about the color correction, looks too poppy like they're trying to Go a more cartoonish route
bf5 had my favorite maps of all time. b3 is a personal fav because it was my first, but i never cared for bf4 or hardline. bf1 was good because of the guns and rupture, that's it.
You don't like BF4?
I can tell when they make BR it will be better than warzone,
Meh they tried and failed already. They already said they won't be doing BR this time

BRs are only going to be successful if they are F2P now-a-days
BR is terrible anyway. Glad it’s slowly dying.
Why do you say?

What a shame so much potential

Destruction died after Bad Company 2. You can’t even level entire buildings or an entire town like you used to.
Not expecting much.

Facts this the only reason I wanted BR to be a thing, but I hate all of them

They missed out on a huge bag not making that s*** after the first movie dropped
Starting to think that battle hub rumor is true
What’s that
was playing BFV last night and I forgot how good battlefield can be, got a lil hype for this now
What’s that
Basically Mcc for battlefield. You can play maps from like wake island and metro with bf1 guns and s***

Press X to doubt

honestly firestorm was pretty fun so i wouldn't mind them trying again
