He dropped a cover of Girlfriend by Slim Dunlap last night on E street radio

He was supposed to play a bunch of US shows July-August of next year but he has cancelled those plans

Seems like we are finally getting the lost albums/Tracks 2 box next year. Potentially by the end of Q2 even. I can’t even begin to convey how excited I am for it

E street may tour the US in 26 to promote a new album or box unless Bruce follows thru w the rumors of a small solo acoustic Nebraska tour in conjunction with the movie

Basically next year might lowkey be one of the most balanced years for Bruce like new e street shows, finally tracks 2, movie dropping…. Crazy era inbound

he just posted, announcement coming april 3. lyrics in the background are from "delivery man", an outtake from the 83 LA sessions. the song "by your side" is supposedly dropping this friday

Tunnel of Love was my breakup album last year. Listening to it again tonight, I'm just gonna cement it as my favorite Springsteen record. Conceptually a picture perfect life span of a relationship that ends. People sheepishly call this a divorce album. But if you've loved (and lost), you'll get something out of this album.

Have these albums been rumored for a while or is there no idea of what's coming?

Some of them have been rumored for nearly 40 years

I’ll post a bigger breakdown when it gets closer but basically

The first disc is the 1983 demos he made in his garage in LA— the missing link between Nebraska and Born in the USA… Some truly standout tracks on there.

Drum machine, Lo-fi, that kind of vibe.

Second is the 1994 loop/electronic based album he made alongside Streets of Philadelphia…

Third disc is a gospel-inspired film soundtrack album that we know literally nothing about.

Fourth disc is the upbeat country album he made in 1995 alongside The Ghost of Tom Joad. Same recording setup and same artists. Should be a banger.

Fifth disc is the Tex-Mex, Mariachi, Aaron Copland-inspired album he recorded in the late 90s thru early 10s.

Sixth disc is a group of orchestral pop songs recorded alongside his great 2019 album “Western Stars” but with a more noir-ish vibe.

The last disc is the only one that wasn’t originally slated for release at some point, has a bunch of rock outtakes that Bruce wanted to add so the disc wasn’t exclusively left field type releases.

I know too much about this lol but this is really a holy grail level release. The only thing that sucks is that it took this long to release— I know several fans who have passed in recent years who would have been over the moon with this material.
