he has a better voice and he is a better songwriter imo.

Tired of the narrative of this being B-side Trapsoul leftover songs. He recorded this s*** in 2 months and it's fire. Stop hating, it's the warm up project for the real album. Plus what the f*** did you expect from him with this rollout cmon now.

Facts. Tiller was definitely forced and pressured from his label to release True to Self after all the hype surrounding Trapsoul. Someone mentioned earlier that it only took him 2 months to record Anniversary. He definitely has the creative process/freedom now to do whatever he wants. It sounds like he’s in a better place now. He mentioned he’s gonna be on his A game from here on out. I think this project is a great build up to Serenity the real album he’s been working on. I felt like this project was needed to get some of his listeners back.
