I personally like the mixed egg roll appetizer and the chicken parm. It was like 14” disc. Not sure even what part of a chicken they could’ve possibly used to get it that big

30min walking every day besides leg day. If I ate too much the day prior I’ll add 5-15 minutes. I also intermittently go to Muay Thai classes

I’m on the Jeff Nippard Pure Bodybuilding Program Phase 1. Moving to Phase 2 in the next couple weeks. Would recommend and PDFs are easy to find online.

Where are you now? Honestly, I’m surprised it’s been this easy. Only thing is monotonous food. I’ve been on chicken/ beef, rice, and mixed vegetables since January. After about 2 weeks of following the plan it’s as simple as walking. Stuff like tonight’s dinner is helpful too. Stick to the plan!
