When I seen that monster Higgs summoned to fight Sam in Edge Knot City me and Sam literally said what the f*** in unison lmaoo

Do you guys know why sometimes when I make deliveries it has no effect on my connection level? And this is unrelated to my grade by the way, I know if you get a low grade you don’t get much connection increase, but on orders where I get a Legend rank I still get no effect on the connection level. Also this ONLY happens with certain people (the film director is one)
