I think bc its a Kendrick song a lot of ppl overlooked it and took it as one of his "fake deep" songs But i don't blame them there were a lot of those on this album
I think if a few songs from MMBS were debut on GNX like Die Hard, Rich Spirit, N95, Silent Hill and/or Purple Hearts would be way bigger and fit

Because those are 4 songs in a 16 songs album. After a 5 year wait, he needed to come with way more than that
I’ve said here before, but I wish he rolled out the album with Die Hard as the lead single after the Heart Pt. 5 video and then the Count Me Out music video before the release of the album.
I really believe it would’ve set the expectations and hit the masses differently.
But yeah I take this song over LOVE. and luther
