I'm walking around about 4 hours a day, do 20k steps, up hills for half of it, and it means absolutely nothing if I'm not dieting
Yeah I like my leg definition and slightly increased muscle but I gotta get that bf down
Diet truly is the biggest factor, but I love eating what I eat
But I am willing to make sacrifices

You don't need all those added sugars and all that sodium. Get you some butter beans
Low in calories and fat, high in fiber and protein
