I disagree but I refuse to be slaughtered for having an opinion.
If he has Mike on the production then he can't fail
Let’s go! I’ve been listed to Absolutely a lot recently
He popped up on the Bon Iver album a couple months ago, excited to hear more from him

While you’re here, I wanted to ask your thoughts about artists on labels being stuck in the loop of only being able to drop EPs. This came to me recently because I saw Saweetie just recently dropped an EP and it’s been like 4 years since she put out an album. This is way more common I’ve seen amongst R&B acts on labels but was curious if you’ve talked about this on your channel before or at least noticed it.

good question I think my gut reaction is its because they sign multiple album deals, and eps dont fulfill an album in the contract so if a label doesnt think an artist is big enough to drop a profitable album they will keep them dropping EPs to “get them hot” until they are, but its mostly a way to just keep them under contract releasing music without the artist getting to get any closer to being out of the deal
