They do not work, smell disgusting, everything that comes out needs to be washed again. Seriously, how am I supposed to take a person seriously if he doesn’t even have the discipline to properly clean the mess he himself made

And if they "smell disgusting" its because they need cleaned too and now you are "cleaning" your dishes with nasty ass mold water

Time is money and it's a waste of time to someone who is highly successful to spend time cleaning dishes

If you can afford a high quality dishwasher then you won't have the problem of it not efficiently cleaning them

This probably isn’t reasonable but I’ve always thought using the same sponge over and over to clean dishes is disgusting, there’s no way that thing isn’t crawling with old food gunk and bacteria

At least a dishwasher is blasting itself with soap and water with every wash, plus it’s not absorbent like a sponge so there’s no leftover gunk embedded in it.

I like to believe that a big part of what separates man from animal is reflection and there is no better time to reflect than while doing dishes after a meal you cooked for yourself. It’s truly a meditation of sorts

Ur supposed to use a brush. The brushes are designed to be washable. No mold, no food gunk

Like I said, my reasoning probably isn’t perfect, but I’m a huge germaphobe so the thought of letting that moist ass brush sit on the edge of the sink between washes just grosses me out, even if you’re washing it between uses.

That’s what I’m saying. Just rinse your plate when you’re done and when it comes time to wash dishes it literally takes 10 minutes. Also if you dont let them pile up it takes even less time. It’s the most simple act of discipline there is

Thread reminded me I need to wash the dishes, brb

The high heat kills all the germs and it uses less water than handwashing. It’s not lazy it’s the smart and responsible thing to do.
