When something becomes a law in science it's in part due to massive amounts of research and the fact that it can be recreated at any time under the right circumstances. Gravity may be a theory but it's a theory that been reviewed to hell and back and proven by both quantifiable science and the human eye. Astrology has yet to reach this level. Again I don't care if you believe in astrology, it's not like I have a better answer for s*** like that but comparing science based research and verifiable information to the "what ifs" of astrology isn't a good way to do this.
