notbrockFreestyles are when someone turns on a beat and you just start rapping. It doesn’t matter if you have a verse memorized it’s still a freestyle. Idk why people think freestyles have to be off the top
S*** that’s off the top ain’t usually lyrically impressive cause it’s damn near impossible to come up with wordplay, entendres and metaphors while in the middle of rapping
The only one I’m still confused about is black thoughts 10 minute freestyle. Cause it’s 1 of 2 things. He either memorized a 10 minute long verse and didn’t miss a word rapping it or his brain works so f***ing fast that he was able to come up with wordplay on the spot. Either one is super impressive
I’m not reading all that, but you’re still wrong. And overly emotional about it, at that. By definition , this isn’t a freestyle. I get it, Drake stans run this site, but cut it out.
