Bro you don't get it, I've been fiending for another concise album from this guy since his best work to date - Nothing Was The Same. I am 100% on the all killer, no filler side of the argument. Tbh if it was up to me, no album from any artist would ever be longer than 50 minutes and 13 tracks.

Most artists just have too much filler for their albums and would benefit from having it be shorter, but more streams = more $ so this will never change.

An hour is the perfect runtime imo. Anything less than 50 feels like it’s over before it began. 70+ and it can be a chore to listen to in one setting.

BUT tbh I only care about album structure, cohesion etc for the first few months. After that I’ll seldom bump an album in full so the more songs on a project the better, more choice.
