The image you shared is a false advertisement by Kendrick. The book and the 2 CDs don’t exist. Mr Morale is a single CD album no matter where you buy it. It comes in a standard jewel case with 1 cd, because it is 1 Cd. It is a single album.
It being broken up into acts on streaming doesn’t mean anything. That’s like saying because MOTM1 has 5 acts it’s a 5 disc album.
