Oh hell nah Fat D about to be trash. I don’t even know if this a diss or not because idk wtf he talking about it. If he ain’t Flacko then that would mean s*** wouldn’t get rocky… no? I’m confused. This line so bad but then again it’s just on a Yachty song but still damn.

Oh Hell Nah… Klaus is calling a project “trash” when it hasn’t even been out yet stfu

“Heard your new joint it’s embarrassing s***
You act like you love this American s***
Really the truth is you scared of the 6”

Rocky had just dropped Riot a couple weeks prior and he’s known for using a lot of American flag imagery, which he used in the video for Riot as well

he's not wrong, that rocky song was f***ing horrible

    “Dissing Pharrell for no reason”

Pharrell is literally the main reason why the Clipse and Cash Money beef started in the first place. Do your Hip Hop history.

And him dissing that X guy after he died only adds to his legacy for me. Biggie did the same stuff with Long Kiss Goodnight against Pac.

All rap disses don’t have to be direct. Some of the best disses Biggie and Jay-Z made were extremely subliminal.

Again. I said there’s nothing wrong with subliminal lines here and there. I obviously know that it‘s a big thing in hip hop.

Also comparing a f***ing classic like Long Kiss Goodnight or the Biggie/Pac beef in general with Drake’s corny subliminals to X

Biggie and Pac had a polarising active beef going on when they were both alive, that's not even remotely comparable. (Even though it was a lil one-sided). Also, I ( a Biggie Stan myself) and many hip-hopheads think it is sketchy that Biggie was suddenly ready for smoke hip hop wise after Pac’s death - but when Pac was alive and ready for s*** to go down he was shook & distancing himself in interviews. Pac rapped "Niggas talk a lot of s***, but that's after I'm gone
'Cause they fear me in physical form"
and he was right. Also, most ppl thought big was stupid for "freestyling" Long Kiss Goodnight in LA radio that day. While I don’t think that freestyle got him killed like many ppl do - I still think BIG knew what he did and I can admit it, not like all these drake cocksuckers here who want to paint him as the victim in every beef. With all that being said, Long Kiss Goodnight is a f***ing banger musically and lyrically it‘s a hip hop classic - can't say the same for all these Drake songs.
Drake didn't even say a word about X while he was alive how is that something that adds to his legacy - he’s exploiting cringe Youtube rumors for a bit of Twitter talk even though he had nothing to do with his murder it’s incredibly cringe. Being a weirdo like that is celebrated? y‘all can't be serious

And, The Clipse beef was because of Bape/Wayne copying them. I already know that - it’s funny as f***. But Pharrell gave Drake his Probz multiple times in the last ten years and even said that it breaks his heart to see Push and Drake beefing - he‘s one of the least problematic artists in this hip hop s*** - Drake is just being petty as usual even Drake fans recognize this c‘mon now

Mans said it adds to Drake‘s legacy to subliminally diss a 20 year old that got killed for hip hop twitter talk

*weak diss. Just put names on that s*** like Pac did and be a man. I hate HOV for popularizing subliminals

  • Sep 4, 2023

he could’ve easily said ‘I’m LIKE pretty flacko, this s*** get really rocky’
instead of ‘I ain’t pretty flacko, this s*** get really rocky’

The wordplay (if you can call it that) would’ve still worked and if anything made more sense. I think this much implies it’s not a positive bar but I’m not sure if something so vague constitutes as a diss
