Jack should’ve kept it light and fun. Quavo, Travis etc are smart with the song selections they pick with Drake. They should’ve did a Portland type record or something. These types of features are critical in the early stages of a career, gotta land these. I have been rooting for Jack but after this verse I’m at the point of whatever. I really hope this stays a leak now and not make the album.

Too me where Jack’s fumbling is that he’s trying to posture himself as “Big Sean for City Girls fans” when in reality he could be a mainstream Mac Miller type - can make party tracks but can also drop loosies over flylo type beats etc.. he brought Mavi on tour w him its not even like he’s oblivious to that pathway as an option

In his other songs he’ll have a witty line every now and then but this nigga Drizzy showed it’s levels when it comes to s*** like wordplay and quotables
