    all of them followed the blueprint set by Kanye's Graduation

    after doing an in depth vid on their second albums, I decided to take a look at their third (major label before anyone brings up section 80)

    it really struck me how much they all followed the blueprint of graduation

    all 4 of these third albums are significantly shorter than the first two in the artist's discog, a bit more polished and prepared for mainstream success without full-on selling out, like a refining of the artist's sound for ears beyond their early adopters

    you guys agree? or am i off base

    Man I made it a whole section in the sophomore albums video, they still spent half the time commenting on that, and another big youtuber made a post about it too, so I did it again but I'm sure people will ignore me again

    In some ways for sure. They're not significantly shorter than the previous albums in those artists' discogs though
