Meek is just a less talented Sigel lyrically, but more talented Sigel musically.

Ehhh
Meek is just a less talented Sigel lyrically, but more talented Sigel musically.
But also yes spot on
I don't think so
Meek's rapping and beat selection are more similar to some 2000's hip hop s***
Meek is one of the better rappers with that sound
Yeah that’s probably it: current Meek sounds like Durk and it’s effecting my ears
Older mainstream rappers have been making an effort to update their style and sound modern so they can fit in with the young gen
Cole did that on his last 2 albums and now there's Meek also

Waiting for Wale’s comeback tbh
The whole song he was just trying to embarrass Hov tho like Push on TSOA, there isn't really much of a difference in how they chose to attack em
rap beef especially at that superstar level is about ego and pride and having something over the other, embarrassing them does the job better than barring them to death, otherwise we'd still be talking about how Joe Budden beat Drake in their beef
at that point its no longer about having more lyrical bars or picking a nicer beat, its ultimately down to public perception and the perception was that Drake got embarrassed comprehensively
i think we both have our minds made up tbh
so many people dont even know who wale is he’s the fattest “who?” of his era these days
1. Jay-Z
2. Biggie
3. Ice Cube
4. Kanye West
5. Pusha T
Pusha as a rapper > Kanye
But Kanye overall >> Pusha
However current Pusha >> current Ye
Will never happen
IMO he’ll link up with GoldLink or Kaytranada or Paak and have a Crew-like hit by accident

For sure
you can definitely have a conversation on how people derive meaning from rap beef, but the spirit of how its always been fought to me is more about pride and ego than bars

I feel like people love the idea of Blonde more than the actual album. Channel Orange and Endless are way better and I don’t see how it’s up for debate frankly
Blonde has amazing highs but it’s very top-heavy and the filler interludes, choppy sequencing, and some weird musical choices get annoying towards the latter half.
For me, I’ve always felt Channel Orange is the obviously overrated album ... atleast from a songwriting POV. The stories they tell are kinda uninteresting to me.

Where is that Bruno Paak album
Where is that Bruno Paak album
No but seriously does that have a release date?
so many people dont even know who wale is he’s the fattest “who?” of his era these days
And niggas who do know him still not tryna hear him
You think so?
yeah dude unfortunately he couldn’t transcend to newer audiences like a cole, drake, or even a sean was able to
