just realized s*** was getting out of control lately.
took a s*** ton of pressed bars on saturday with the homies, i dont remember s***, one of them got a black eye and a concussion and none of us can even remember what happened
i think i just need to give my brain some time to heal at least partly from all the damage ive done this year.

yep, been having them for a while i haven't drunk since the start of the month, and switched to a more vegetable based diet and stopped eating garbage on a daily basis.
it's improved a bit but i still suffer from it :/
