Now, the Toronto-based dvsn is preparing to release its third album, A Muse and Her Feelings, in March. It will be the second — following labelmate PartyNextDoor — in a succession of new releases this year from OVO’s roster, which includes Roy Woods, Majid Jordan and Drake.
Nineteen85 says it has been inspiring to have other OVO artists working on new music at the same time, and that it even pushed him to go back in the studio while working on A Muse and Her Feelings “and step my game up. There are just so many great minds — and no rules.”
OVO 2020 Takeover
I just hope the album is good. That's all. Morning After wasn't nearly as good as Sept. 5th, even though it wasn't necessarily a bad album. I just want something that either matches or surpasses the quality of Sept. 5th.
Love the title
Can’t wait 😊
Seems like party messed up the rollout schedule.

A muse is such a good song. Isane production on that. Very excited for this album and the whole ovo 2020 vision.
Dvsn keep commenting about ovo2020 on insta too, so there's defo something planned for the label as a whole

Yup. He did. The album is probably ready to go now, but it'll be delayed a few more weeks because PARTY couldn't get his s*** together. I think they want to drop one OVO Sound project a month. Remember that aside from PARTY and dvsn, there's also Majid Jordan, Roy Woods and Popcaan who have all confirmed they're dropping albums this year, too. PLAZA can also be added to that list.

I think OVO 2020 just means they'll all drop albums this year like they did in 2016 and 2017. I don't think it's deeper than that.

What impact? They both are virtually unknown by the masses.
They are both good albums.
I do like sept 5th more though.

Your boy PARTYMOBILE delayed his album so now dvsn has to push their album back. They probably want to drop one album every month.

Well obviously the impact from Sept 5 was gonna be bigger, it was their debut to the world and let out the bag on who dvsn was.
Morning After was great. Sept 5 was just incredible so it wasn’t going to be replicated.

Sept. 5th had a massive impact. It got more acclaim and it garnered them their current fanbase. Morning After kinda just came and went. None of the singles really stood out the way the singles off Sept. 5th did and after the impact Sept. 5th had, a lot of people had a lot of anticipation for their next project and Morning After kinda failed to meet those expectations. They never stopped making good music. It just didn't hit as well as their debut album.
Compare it to the impact Daniel Caesar's debut album had and the impact his sophomore album had. One had better songs and was more culturally relevant than the other.

At least, you get my point. That's all I'm saying. Drake went through something similar. So Far Gone had massive impact, but he couldn't replicate that on Thank Me Later. His story is different though because Take Care was great and Nothing Was the Same was even better. I hope dvsn have the same trajectory.

I'll be mad if he took this long and delayed the album another couple of weeks just for it to drop and be some mid.

Nah he got a guaranteed smash with that song the features His ex girl but they should put Rihanna on it or sza and its outta here.
So I think he in a good space

yeah it was their debut...has nothing to do with the music. drake was promoting them more, they were on views etc. fast forward to 2017 and they just dropped an album. thats it. no features on drake stuff...nothing
POV is better than a lot of songs on sept 5th. Mood? Nuh tek time? youre definitely taking your opinion as fact and idk why.
they only thing that "didnt hit well" for DVSN was their last single w future.
