Tbh i didn't think they would ever surpass Bloodborne artistically but ever since the boss fight leaks i already know it will
This is gonna be the true magnum opus
Every soulsborne experience worked toward this
A Grand adventure that will be remembered as THE game that defined this decade
dam youre overrating bloodborne big time now
this is gonna be my first fromsoft game and i really wanna go into it blind but are there any early mistakes i absolutely should not make? like in sekiro i saw you get cursed if you die too much. anything i should look out for?

Stop it fam, so many people i know consider it to be their fav game of all time. It soars above everything else in my experiences as well
My #1 used to be Shadow Of The Colossus
I know tons and tons of people who consider BB to be their absolute number 1 fav game
You really sounding like you lowkey dont love BB as much bc i never met anybody who was mad at this opinion bc it's a super common one
Waiting for my ps5 pro bundle with demon soul remake and elden ring+all dlc in 2024

Yes, learn how to level up properly
Don't juist randomly level up stuff, get to know how a build works

Disagree I never had any problems with CDKeys except RE2 and they fixed it in 10 mins
Been using them since College
Yeah but it's still grey market. They sell keys bought with stolen CCs usually.
It's something I would trust for a $10 purchase but not a full priced game that's not even out yet

This is true, I've seen more people call Bloodborne their favourite game of all time than any other game

Fr, i don't know what bro is on he quoted me on multiple posts like i just called Madden 2022 the greatest game ever made

No dude I just think its insulting to the other games saying like „they‘ll never reach those heights“ I dunno why you putting up to this impossible level when the best part about the game was its dlc
Youre switching from one extreme to the other bloodborne is amazing lol I just think nothing beats Dark Souls 1

Feel free to make any mistake you can, that's how we went through these games and it makes the experience more memorable

aight will do fam. and what class should i go for? the balanced one gives you the most options i guess? i know it’s not make or break but i’m trying to have the best start to this i possibly can

learning from mistakes

Like other bro on this page said: i also have never heard a game gets as much fav of all time mentions as BB, so that should say enough
Me saying i didnt believe they would reach the same artistic heights is obviously hyperbolic in a way, ER seems much grander and more ambitious
But BB is special, as a HP Lovecraft fan you dont realize how special it was to me that someone made something Lovecraftian work so well, it has almost never been done in any medium

weapon and armor upgrades will make you more powerful and resilient than attribute upgrades.
learn how weapon stat scaling works and dont waste attribute upgrades for stats that dont scale with your build.

Also how is it insulting when i consider every FS game amazing, i just stick with the facts about how BB is treated (never said DS1 didnt have the same type of cult following)
Everything else is my personal opinion which im allowed to have and werent even hot takes

Hard to say for us since we never played the game either
However everything dex is definitely helpful since it helps you get into the game flow quite well
Ngl i agree with him, seems like the general consensus among soulsborne fans is that Bloodborne is the best, Ds3 a close second, most people respect what Dark Souls 1 did but its not their fav

The knight type is the go-to class for most first timers. It's the Vagabond i think. But honestly don't worry too much. Your class doesn't mean to much. You can change your fashion, weapons, and just level up the way you want
