What level should you be at going to Raya?
I’m at level 30 at the moment
get that level up before you head over to the academy to fight the lord
The best thing about this game is the feeling of satisfaction you get after trying so hard to beat a boss and you finally do it
Saw a youtube short of Radhans dive bomb attack and that s*** is straight up ripped from a Monster Hunter boss called Valstrax

I only played some of World but I got tired of it after a few hours

World is a top 10 game oat imo but the series is totally different n unique from gameplay to structure than any other game. Much like Souls, it made its own genre with MH-likes out there & carved out a totally unique n bit obstuse/unconventional path. Again much like Souls, your first MH game will more than likely be the most confusing n coming to grips one of the entire series.
Elden Ring is the only game that truly met n surpassed my expectations since MH World, DS3, Bloodborne & Witcher 3
This is easily game of the year and in contention for game of the decade if they do good DLC.

Monster Hunter World is to Monster Hunter as Elden Ring is to Soulsborne. Both series I loved that were taken to the absolute next level.

whewwww that’s a fire combo. i have triangle strategy just sitting there rn but I already know I’m running NG+ once I finish this joint
everything else taking a backseat for at least another month
rise was my first complete MH experience and i fell in love, seems like a perfect entry point into the series
Yall i officially crossed the 100 hour mark, you can probably deduct a few hours from idle time but still, s*** is crazy. Str n Faith main on PS4.
Time to celebrate with #NewDripAlert
Only two runes in, nowhere near finished, still not bored n its basically all ive been doing so far in my free time since launch day. S*** is GOAT i rarely play any game over 100 hours much less on a single playthrough IT SURPASSED THE HYPE

Same and i agree.
With how ER is, im hping the next mainline title, World 2 or whatever its called, is true open world with how bosses work in ER or Dragons Dogma.
The open world bosses in this game made me see the vision for MH
Damn 100 hours in and not even level 100. You're making me want to go back and explore some more in areas I've moved past lmao @Water_Giver I think I'm at like 60 hours level 85ish.
I've found myself bullshitting a lot or leaving new areas because I don't want to get too far and the game to be over lol
