Just reached the horse boss, im having trouble with him but i just remembered that u can block in this game

I been dodging a lot but havent using blocking

Better get used to it because blocking n parrying is the only way to break the posture of the 2nd half of the game bosses

First half you can get away with posture damage from attacking n axe hits

Spent 20mins trying to farm the Deathrot Knights weapons smh

Got its whole armor set tho as a consolation

Gonna get off for now n continue playing later

Gonna try to get to Hagitree n tie up the loose ends of my other quests like Sellen, n farm some weapons/armor like Deathrot Knight n Fire Monk

Sekiro is all about deflecting/blocking with your sword (deflecting boss attacks will also lower their posture). The dodges in that game don't have any iframes at all so it's really only to move out of big moves and explosions and s***.

Damn then i need to really step up because i really be forgetting i can block, no wonder mid bosses give me so much trouble

No wonder i was getting f***ed by the horse boss Was tryna roll and jump outta the attacks

Yeah a constant barrage of parrying and slashing will break their defense. Once you get the flow down they start dropping fast.

Yeah, once you fight lightning guy thats when the game goes serious mode n slashes will do basically no posture damage anymore

Gotta rely on parrying n counter moves such as Mirkuri

Is “Sekiro: Shadows die twice” the sequel or something? The game name is confusing af

My only complaint about this game is that if you explore thoroughly it can be too easy in places. Technically it’s not a criticism tho bc you can always decide to just not level up if you want

aight so i finally got Maliketh. realized i just had to keep wailing on him for the massive bleed dmg, managed to get it twice and the second one is what killed him lol.

Just cleared liurnia and it was kinda a breeze, game will probably get hard again tho I hope
