Gotta say, all the boss fights been enjoyable to me so far with the exception of one: Commander Niall at Castle Sol.

He's the only one that was frustrating imo including dungeon bosses, all the others even stuff like Radahn, Mohg n Goodrick aint been frustrating or annoying to me.

The overall plot is simple, its just the kingdoms of the land fighting for power & youre part of the group that is suppose to put a stop to the war. Every zone is a kingdom such as Limgrave ruled by Goddrick n Caelid ruled by Radahn etc.

Due to the kingdoms fighting they shattered the elden ring & now all the lords of every kingdom took a piece of it, so youre also gaining the pieces to restore the ring.

You ultimately put a stop to it then have a dozen ways for an ending on what you want the future to be.

Everything else is extra, but thats the basic plot & endgoal.

Cave of Forlorn with the dragon frozen in ice is an awesome dungeon

Their description is:

Stone fragment found near places where ruins have fallen from the sky.
Can be used for crafting, or simply for throwing at enemies.
These shards of stone are believed to have once been part of a temple in the sky.
They glow with a faint light from within
