Watching other people play this is so crazy because I always see bosses doing mechanics I have never seen before

The amount of people I see online crediting the majority of the story to GRMM is kinda weird ngl, making it sound like Miyazaki and his team have never done this before

I finished the game and I have somewhat of an understanding of what happens and some characters but I would be lying if I said I fully understand it

I did read some item descriptions during my play-through which actually helped a ton in understanding what is going on but not all of them since there is just a lot of s*** going on in the game and I really wanted to finish it.

yeah i only kinda late in the game realized how much reading the item descriptions also helps with sidequests etc

My first FromSoft game was Bloodborne and I didn't read item descriptions at all in the game so I tried to focus more on that this game and it made such a difference in understanding the story man, still a lot that I overlooked of course and hearing other peoples interpretations is really cool too

I think its pretty satisfying when you figure s*** out like that, like for Fia's quest (Fia quest spoilers) when she gives you a knife and the knife description mentions gold and silver and I immediately came to the conclusion that it was for D
