Id say they arent just because they had to get some funding from activision to release sekiro which to me up until now is their most ambitious and probably expensive project. I think they're high AA level but definitely not AAA. I dont think bandai namco wouldnt be able to handle a AAA studio. This is not to say that from games are worse because they dont have a huge budget, quite the contrary, but thats the scope of their projects for now

If elden ring becomes a huge success then maaaaaybe i can see from making a AAA game
