If you talking about the twin gargoyles duo, I was stuck on that s*** as a bleed build for a good 2 days

yeah its them b****es. Been powering through most of the game with the bloodhound fang and switched recently to a powerstance curved bandit sword. By the time the 2nd gargoyle spawns, I usually have the 1st one with about half health or less. Might have to come later when im more beefed up

Might be the only boss outside of Godskin where the Mimic is fair to use

I don’t usually watch streamers but Kai is getting cooked in Siofra River rn and it’s kinda hilarious

he's remarketing the base game so well and the sales will be huge

and then 1 month later the massive DLC drops... it's perfect

I have the game but I stopped playing when I got up to the first encounter Kai was dealing with. Got killed twice and was like naw this ain’t my game LOL

Gotta give him his props. He's doing it the OG way, no summons, no help, just dying a lot and getting better. Kinda impressed with his perseverance.

Strong is a big reach

Is someone better at the game because they spend countless deaths learning a boss's moveset and brute force through it or is someone better because they optimize their build and make crazy damage outputs that make defeating a boss easier and quicker

Does this take skill

if you just google or youtube a build that lets you do this then no, but if you created that build yourself then I would say yes.

Perfection doesnt fall off. Souls combat is timeless 🙂‍↔️

I think the more you understand souls games the more you improve in both aspects.

If you try to brute your way through everything youll eventually discover ways to make life easier, to get your damage up or you find the right weapon

If you only cheese through it you might eventually run into a wall that still leads to you learning how to get better at the mechanics.

No matter what you do you get better so pick your poison

I think the real quality is to enjoy the games and finally feel comfortable discovering the world and secrets on your own thats the real masterclass of souls games but thats just my opinion
