For thise who played the demo or watched video of it, what is the open world aspect like? Is it just walk around and there are random monsters or are there cities and merchants and npcs?

No cities, but there are npcs and merchants throughout the world.

Also its not just empty fields with some monsters on it. Encounters are always unique and everywhere there is a hidden dungeon, mini boss, treasure or something interesting. You see a cliff, parcour it down with your horse and there is a secret passage to a dungeon.

The demo atleast was very diverse and always had me thinking like I am the first person to discover this super interesting place.

Even the non hostile animals were hilarious and intersting. Like weird glowing jellyfish and sheep that just roll away if you try to kill them.

Every inch has a secret, ranging from a weapon, a npc, a dungeon, a weapon art, magic, unique enemies, overworld bosses, armor, etc. Crazy how much content they put in just that small part of the map, imagine this x10

Bruh they datamined the network test on a jailbroken ps4 so watch out for crazy spoilers… also these mfs hacked it and made it run so now anyone who had a network code with a jailbroken ps4 can literally play the network test whenever and however long they want

I’ve thought the same thing man! He was part of every article and press release back when this game was earlier in its promo/announcement cycle and it seems he’s not part of any of that promo anymore. I wonder if it’s due to the decline in game of thrones quality and excitement

I think they realized that they kinda over stated how involved he was in the game. Like at first they made it seem like he was one of the main lore writers and as more and more of his involvement has been revealed we’ve sorta seen that he was more of an idea guy.
