I can imagine they do. A lot of people will not give them up until they straight up die. Some old timers with rent controlled apartments are paying as low $100 a month for an apartment in the city, it's crazy.

In our case we were just browsing a few places and the woman was like "oh by the way, I also have this other place..." and we took it on the spot. The place needs some work but that's nothing compared to the money we'll be saving on rent down the line.

Pokemon update! Okay so sold my Ultra Rare Rayquaza EX 97/97 today for 200. My shadowless Mewtwo 1st edition for 300. And my Pristine Skyridge Arcanine for 284. Then sold three random Flareons for 60. Still working out this deal on my main collection but things are looking pretty good ya'll.
