Yeah I been trying a bit as well but can't find a mantra that stops my brain from buzzing around like an artistic hummingbird
You don't need to use a mantra. Just sit and be aware of your breathing. When the hummingbird appears, let it sit there for a moment and then let it dissolve, and then return to your breath.

His voice is majestic
and his vocal phrasing is one of a kindidk the falsetto (or head voice w.e) throws me off a bit but he is a great singer obviously and a great songwriter. I like all the songs I've heard so far but nothing has blown me away like a song like this
