Went from the Spice Girls phenom right into the Backstreet Boys/‘Nsync phenom, which went right into the Britney Spears/Christina Aguilera phenom. It was impossible to escape any of those artists even if you didn’t listen to pop radio or watch MTV

Yeah my big sister had that s*** on repeat and I didn't mind. Same with No Doubt. Alanis Morrisette got annoying immediately.

My sister was born in 1990 so she was more of a 1997-2003 teen pop fan. I don’t mind Britney Spears, but hearing her first two albums on a daily basis for 2-3 years made me wanna blow my brains out

Queen was also one of my favs but I think that was a bit later, like ages 5-10ish
