FellaI’ll still go to bat for most of his 2000’s output after that (especially Relapse) and there’s a handful of songs here and there over the next decade that are fine, but yeah it’s the first in a while where his delivery and flow isn’t terrible. I’ll never listen to it again, but the video made me smile and the self aware “edge” of it is charming. He’s aware he’s old and that to keep acting like this is embarrassing, but he’s having some fun with it. It’s infinitely preferable to melodramatic inspirational anthems with pop hooks or rappity rap technical exercises.

Yea Relapse got some great songs in the Eminem nostalgia cannon. Deja Vu, Stay Wide Awake, My Darling, 3AM, Underground.. probably a few more.. I dig Dre's production too.
