    Yup. I didn't do it really this summer though unfortunately. Most of my exercise was inside then immediately passing out afterwards

    I went for more runs this summer than I ever have I think

    found a great trail nearby with alot of sun that has a bit of an incline for the first 15 minutes which makes the first half pretty tough but the slight decline in the second half feels amazing to run down the extra little downhill push makes you feel like Goku hauling back down Snake Lane after his training with King Kai and I can sprint for most of it. I can't be f***ed to run much longer than half an hour tho lol.

    If you had a decent job there yeah of course. I like my area cause it doesn't get nearly as frozen as the rest of Canada, nor does it get as godawful sweltering in the summer. The mountains kinda hem us in against the ocean and it's pretty lovely and temperate rainforest.

    When I was on the dating apps a couple years ago I rolled my eyes at the amount of women who said they love hiking. I’ve never understood the appeal.

    Nah man I wish I lived somewhere with a good climate and scenery for hiking. Just turning off your mind in nature feels

    I’m not a fan of wooded areas, all them bugs and who knows what else lurking I usually go for a night drive when I need to get my head right
