Meant to post this a while back, if you didn't already know I found out a few months ago that Sun Valley Gun Club disbanded

Was looking to see if they were touring any time soon and realized they announced the end of the band. From what i could gather it was a collective decision so some of them could focus on other music projects.

I havent peeped the off-shoot bands yet, but man what a bummer. The Water, the Stars has become just as top tier as their self-titled for me this year.

I figured as much. 7 years is a long time with no new albums

I think I've told this story but I grew up in the bush with no cable tv or anything to expose me to the world outside my parents music. After they divorced and we moved to town and I threw on MTV for the first time ever, Just by Radiohead and Atliens were the very first music videos I ever saw
