where to check story progress percentage btw?
Press Playstation button and hover over Final Fantasy XVI on your home screen on the right side it should list hours played and percent done with game.
oh yeah they would never do any time but feels like it could definitely worked in to some other fights slightly even with smaller scale mass of soldiers to feel the scale more
Would’ve been lit to fight like it was a musou game with Ifrit, and taking down a fallen empire all at once.
Using Ifrit inspired me to want to see how a whole fire Eikon based ability load out would be like. Since there is just enough for you to equip all the fire attacks if you master them, to really feel like the dominant of fire lol
yeah I do sometimes just to be relentless but a lot of finger movement I nearly wish you had like fighting game movements like quarter circles that did more damage or something
That would put too high of a skill cap on a game like this lol I welcome it though, but the game isn’t as barebones as I thought it would be with one attack button, and that’s due to the skill tree.

Definitely a lot more they could do with it. Especially like use Eikon abilities outside of fights to solve puzzles or problems. Just to mix up some of the game elements more

I wish there was a harder difficulty to play on first playthrough in terms of enemy behavior . I like the Marked Enemies though that have moves and lead to more strategy. All of this made me want to give FFVII remake another try

I thought the same thing at one point. I honestly feel the highs of this game doing things no other FF had done will become more appreciated over time, but the misses will also become more noticeable in hindsight.

I’m iffy on it because they needed NG+ to offer a more needed challenge and you don’t do NG+ until you first beat it but a traditional hard mode should’ve definitely been available from the jump.

I can't see myself immediately replaying this since it doesn't change any side quest or main story quest. Exclusive side quest for Final Fantasy mode that were much better would have had me come back lol

Got to convince yourself that the perks of having all you unlocked at the beginning available is worth it along with fiercer monsters lol
This personally made me more hype for FF7 rebirth which I think will be superior but still this was amazing and will hold me off until then. Also this may get obvious dlc, you will see why towards the end.

Nah too many games this year to replay this one of all games for me. I got SFVI , Diablo IV and Battlebit I am going to refocus on after this
I would come back for DLC I guess and new game plus before that drops
about how far are you?
I don't even remember what I was last doing lol but I would guess I'm probably about 60% through, though that's a major guess 😆
Game has had some cool twists and plot developments
Can anyone just spoil it for me and let me know if you fight that tall buff king lol?

If you are talking about Hugo then you aren’t 60% yet lol
Agreed. Sucks because those two are such cool summons. Looking forward to getting Odin and checking those abilities out. Think I should be getting him relatively soon since Clive just got his ass beat by Barnabas (who is really f\*\*\*ing cool lol). Guessing we get Shiva or Ultimate Ifrit or some s\*\*\* since there's one more blank spot after Odin lol(on my screen at least).
Definitely gonna mess around with the training mode once I get every Eikon though. Gotta get ready for NG+. You think you're close to finishing the game?
Odín has the best abilities and rightfully so lol you won’t regret them

like that is what I am trying to gather

Basically just assume you fight everyone because you really do and keep going lmfao
You see the vision.
I just wish as odd as it is that you could equip more than 3 eikon
Maybe it happens later
Like wish I could equip all my favorite abilities
if you master abilities you can equip them to any eikon
I was sometimes learning new abilities rather than mastering so this is timed perfectly
