this is me after that bahamut fight (aka one of the greatest things I’ve ever witnessed)

bruhhhhh this game keeps leveling up. the slow parts really only drag it a little for me in the grand scheme of things

used him religiously on my first playthrough. i thought he was the coolest eikon by far. but now that i’m doing NG+ i can feel u on that. it’s just long ass combat animations that barely do any damage. the big blade is still powerful tho

The big blade GOES, but I’ve had enough of sitting through Dancing Steel. Idk. Maybe I just won’t use Dancing Steel

Lightning rod combined with anything while the enemy is staggered is lowkey broken. As soon as they’re staggered, drop a lightning rod, then hit ‘em w something like gigaflare that hits the rod as well as the enemy, their HP bar melts away

thunder guy was the worst to me didn’t even use his eikon once just like bahamut, major disappointments

odin > phoenix > ifrit > bahamut > garuda > shiva > titan > thunder guy (forgot his name)

based on looks and what i expected of them

bahamut looked SO cool but his moves were complete ass

that big ass flare is way too long and boring to use

i don’t even remember his other abilities cause they were useless as hell

I wish Barnabas was a secret boss or something. Barnabas Unbound or some s***.

Honestly same in my first play through, but I’ve been trying different things in NG+
My main 3 Eikons now are Shiva (cold snap and Diamond dust are busted), Garuda to drag down the partially staggered enemies, and Odin for Zatetsuken. I mastered abilities like lightning rod, Will o the wykes, and gigaflare to be able to use with them

lol i literally have the same setup for my NG+ run. only that i never used WOTW, but i’ve seen a lot of praise for it so i’m gonna try it this time round

i feel like shiva is the most underrated eikon in this, her stagger damage is CRAZY and also the fact she can slow time when dodging had me get out of some real sticky situations
