The line up on that album is wild,
also an incredibly underrated song is Reach Out
@Goo remember I made a thread about a year ago where I compared it to If I Ruled The World since they sound similar
Yes. Reach Out is very underrated.
white privilege is people getting to say it's art when a white boy raps about killing his literal wife at the time and to the point where in performing it live using a blowup doll version of her while she was in the audience and ended up attempting suicide afterwards but yet it's not painting a picture when black artists rap about murder or d*** dealing/gang banging. :word:

Only dudd on that album was S.O.S and that honestly wasn't a bad song
overhated
So many of my favorite Nas songs on this but alot of songs that I haven't listened to in eons

yes it is
Hit-Boy
Their chemistry goes beyond music and you can feel it.. they really fw each other on a personal level. Hope they work again in the future even if it's not a full project but just a few tracks will be nice.
the fact that dr knockboot was among the leaks and still made the final cut
that's the funniest part
when i realized that i was like

It wasn't a bad song. It was a why? song. Like why is this song here doesn't go with the album.
Life Is Good is one of Nas's best honestly.
Top 4 Nas album, easily.
I'm excluding The Lost Tapes.
Please squash the beef, Goo and philo
I will unblock him if:
1. If he stops typing the way he does
2. He resolves his issues with his dad. He said that his dad is a huge Nas fan and it reflects through his posts when he talks about Nas that he has repressed anger which he stays projecting.. which is really annoying..
Life Is Good is longer and doesn't flow as smoothly.. it's the truth. It has a few hooks and things I dislike. And the bonus tracks are better than some of the standard album tracks.
King's Disease is a better crafted album.
I like King's Disease a lot, but Life Is Good is better in every single way, lol
To each his own though.

hes a rapper
thats why he talks
likes this
even tho
most fellow rappers
and poets
we use the slash sign/to not take up so much space/on the page/so he just/being annoying
The Lil Durk and Fivio features
Durk was dope..
Fivio wasn't amazing but his verse was short af anyway, doesn't really improve or ruin the song

Like I said.
FBI watchlist. :word:
i guess what i'm saying is
i don't know why you're saying that gang s*** can't be art
nobody is saying that
i feel like g herbo is one of the best ever
it's all about the quality of expression
the realness
even if you feel like Kim is school shooter s***
have you heard another song like it?
have you never been in a f***ed up relationship?
idk why you're acting like this song is f***ed up for no reason
on some white boy s***
that's not it at all
em is a master storyteller
and he used his talents to bring it all to life
as a prequel no less
dope s***
The Lil Durk and Fivio features
Durk wasn't bad. Was nervous on how they was going to mesh together. Fivio is Fivio.

Why not both
goo i'm over my dad s***
i had some personal s*** over this past week that resolved it
that's why i'm more active on here
i'm gonna keep typing how i type though
i don't have a problem with you
and i never did
i just wish you understood me if i'm being honest
i've been through a lot and i try to just share myself truly on here
because i never got to do that at home
and sometimes people make fun of me
but it is what it is
i can't be anything but me
otherwise i'll make a song like Kim
and smoke all of you
nahmean
@notesfromphilo of course I have. and I do believe that stuff is art.
What ain't art is just screaming about how you wanna kill your girl. aint no poetic s*** to it no nothing. For such a "lyrical talented rapper" that s*** lyrically was trash itself lol. from the early 2000s I HATE YOU MOM-rock core production to the bars.
No other rapper could've made a song like Kim that bad and got away with it
