Going through the indictment and the lack of actual evidence is astounding

I’m not sure how any of this stands, if Thug’s attorney is as good as the money he’s being paid, I seriously doubt he does significant time

The state is trying to create a narrative that Jeffrey Lamar Williams aka Young Thug is the equivalent of “Don Corelone” . The head of a criminal enterprise that has been responsible for half the crime in Atlanta since 2015.

With 90% of what they consider to be evidence social media posts and the other 10% rap lyrics

The 50 bodies are tied to the gang but the gang is the music group?

I don't know why y'all keep talking about "evidence" in the indictment. The indictment is just a basic list of the charges. A grand jury will look at the actual evidence and decide whether the evidence is proof of a crime. Then it'll go to trial. The little furtherance of a gang charges can be used to get people they think are dangerous off the streets. If they don't get convicted of the major charges, they can give them max for gang activity.

Even if that is the case, unfortunately they will get the resources needed because to take down YSL and their top dog who is a f***ing superstar this is a huge W for "Justice"

I’ve read a couple other Georgia state Rico cases and they usually have alot more concrete evidence.

This case is pretty weak in comparison. This is just a DA pulling a power play before election. She already got her win with bringing them in. The resource thing matters, no one can just help fund a county justice system. If 300 stands with YSL they have the capacity to beat it.

Think about it they watched for 10 years and they only charging the founders with 1 or 2 counts for being affiliated. Some of the low level guys are cooked. But big lawyers/money can eat this case up for the rest.

But I wouldn’t be surprised if him and Gunna “slither” out of it

He had to know it was coming too. His behavior over the last year changed significantly (less social media, content became more serious, less trolling)

Yea I think he will have to sit down for a little while tho.

For comparison Mel murda who was the gang leader of the 69 case and it was Federal was sentenced to 11 years.

And they actually had evidence of him selling fentanyl to an undercover cop. Yet he still only got 11 years facing the feds.

So I can see thug getting the minimum 5 year sentence and having to do half the time. I’m thinking he has to sit down for 2 years which is getting off good

Nah I'm saying that if she was in a relationship with Thug while all this was going on they will likely bring her in for questioning just because she was probably around some of the s***.

But I think I'm talking about something else now cause dude brought up some woman being murdered and ion know nothing about all that
