I think a lot of people are going to be surprised with the outcome. Thug might get a couple years but this case right now is paper thin. A bunch of vital evidence got suppressed last week, everyone is making their way home and some other stuff. The prosecutions case is barely hanging on at this point

Yes it is plausible without any stretch of the imagination that Young Thug's own brother may have snitched on him. I can't speak on it, because I don't know specifically what you're referring to.
But for Gunna, yes I'd identify him as a snitch. If the DA is asking for you to admit to YSL being a gang, the foundation of a RICO charge, as part of your plea deal, yes that is snitching. If Thug gave him the ok, then sure it's fine. But I can't imagine his lawyers would green light something like that, if that is the stipulation for a plea deal.
Secondly yall are conflating 2 issues, whether gunna is a technically a snitch or not, with the regular old barbershop some ppl itt are engaging in, "I woulda stood solid." etc. The former is black & white, the later is just goofy talk.
