ZezimaShow is still good but glover is becoming way too pretentious. What happened to just having fun and not panning for awards and critics validation constantly? Miss shows that just want to entertain the viewers.
Good example of a good show that isn’t trying so hard that it becomes stupid is: Abbott elementary.
We need more simple and just good humor shows. Over the pretentious artsy crap.
Nothing wrong with good "simple" fun.
But you act like there are a lot of shows like Atlanta on TV that are super artsy. Atlanta stands out from most other shows because of how unique it is .
Afro-Surrealism is dope afIf you are looking for "simple fun" I'd check out Insecure if you haven't already, or the dozens of other fun sitcoms on streaming

I’m kinda jealous at the people that will end up binging this because it would probably make more sense when it’s all finished. But watching this and being in anticipation of where they going to take the next episode is a thrill in itself, can’t wait for Thursday

KIDBlNOAgreed , I also took it as Alfred being disconnected from everyone n not being present within these real world interactions because most of these fans are just crazed n want him to be this public figure n not a real person . He’s been on the road so long he hasn’t even had the chance to really sit down n talk to anyone, even earn . Him talking to the fan must’ve been the first time in a long time he’s really opened up .
This is on point especially considering the way he’s been handling money this season

It ain’t have nothing to do with it being black cast lol. It’s two current shows that I really like and I’m giving the edge to Abbott because it is more relatable and authentic.
