I wonder how something like that ends up being written - do they give him the floor to write his part with a little bit of context of the scene? Do they write it for him and hope that their perspectives align? I'd love to be a fly on the wall during that interaction and process.
i imagine the writing room and filming and requesting him was an honest conversation between everyone involved

Bigj713281I don’t think they would do the same arc with Darius that happened to Earn last season. If anything I think Al realized these people who depend on him actually do care for him. If they do end up having a problem. I feel like Darius would be like well actually I’m richer than you my family gets reparations lol

this episode was my favorite version of Atlanta and one of the best they’ve ever done. trippy with amazing themes, societal commentary and most importantly, character work, which I’ve been missing this season. bravo

there’s a certain cadence that she had. a valley girl type of fry to her voice that’s more reminiscent of white gay males but I agree with you that their dialect is def taken from gay black men and black women
