We don’t know for sure those episodes are in chronological order but could also just be the laziness of the writers since they all wrote the episodes separately
In the episode she says “she couldn’t sleep” which was in the second episode at the end when she sees Earn in the hallway and she tells him she was awake or whatever. Also pretty sure the finale took place in the middle of the season. The song she said she liked when she danced with Earn was the song Alexander was dancing too in the hotel room, I think (?)
The last time Earn saw Van was before she went off on this manic episode building a whole new life. I don’t understand your point there
I’m still so confused on this
bc at the end of Tarrare, Van said she was in ATL as recent as a couple WEEKS ago. so does all that mean ALL of her season 3 scenes took place over 2 weeks? i just don’t get it. how tf did she build a whole new life over such a short time span?
the timeline makes no sense
Bad writing to write in an arc that displays she has a personality disorder? You’re not backing any of these claims up dawg just shouting “bad writing” into the void over and over again
nah it’s bad writing bro lol. Van dissociating is supposed to explain the hands/cannibalism bullshit but my thing is… the episode doesn’t even take place from Van’s POV. It takes place from Candace’s POV. she is the character that we start with and like us, she is confused on all the s*** that’s going on. so does this mean Candace is dissociating with Van and imagining all of the weird s*** too?
idk this episode just didn’t make a lick of sense
Lemme ask you this, and I know there’s no right or wrong answer but how are we suppose to feel about Vans character now? Just kinda pretend that s*** didn’t really happen? Cus I know in S4 they’re gonna act like none of that s*** happened
that’s my thing bro
everyone’s trying to explain this away as mental illness but that’s not how you write a character with mental illness. giving a regular character a mental illness with no buildup to it or acknowledgement afterwards is bad writing, idc how unique the show wants to be
whatever they were trying to do with this season they missed the mark completely

yup i agree. We have to treat Van accordingly and call her one the worse mothers ever on TV
that's how they depicted her, that's how will treat her.

Oh aight bet then
I agree this top 2 and its not 2
And f*** Sopranos btw s*** not even top 50
You better be talking about the sopranos movie

I genuinely do think Sopranos is overrated. Really good, but not the best ever by a landslide...

It's an exaggerated timespan. Like when Darius seemed to come back to the Nigerian food place the next day and it had somehow already gone out of business and was replaced with the Naija Bowl

What? Dissociating doesn't means she/they are imagining things.

Fam what??
Just because she went to Europe?
Some of y’all take this show way too literal & serious
The writers are to blame for that. You can not blame fans for this s*** man. If people weren’t taking about it the way they do everyone would be like “ArE U EvEn WAtChinG BrO”

lmao fam why you playing dumb? "just because she went to Europe".....because she was selling meth and human body parts in europe when she should of been home wit Lottie....

I don’t get the end credit scene for the finale
My thought is that the anthology episodes are cannon to the real world events of the characters.
I don’t get the end credit scene for the finale
